Wilson Lee offers USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) for all products as well as a variety of other shipping options.  Pricing varies depending on the weight of the product.

We also ship internationally for an additional handling fee of $2.50.

Returns

We hope you will love your purchase from Wilson Lee, however we will welcome all qualifying returns within 14 days from the date your item was delivered. Items must be in original condition and unused, with original packaging and/or tags (if applicable). If your item arrives damaged or defective, please photograph the item as soon as possible and include it in your return request.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-refundable goods include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, live plants, and consumable bath products
  • Custom made-to-order goods (unless due to manufacturer error)
  • Sale and clearance items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase, as well as photos of the damaged/defective item if applicable. Please email operations@awilsonlee.com with your request. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
